Statutory right of withdrawal

This information describes consumers’ statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases of goods where that right applies under the relevant law. You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

The period starts when you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receive the goods. If goods from one order arrive separately, receipt of the last item determines the start; for goods delivered in instalments, it is the last instalment.

How to withdraw

Request a return or cancellation online

Sign in with the email address used for your order. You can also contact us by email or post as described below.

Tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw, for example by email to support@nebulite.berlin or by post to AURAVIA LTD, Anthypolochagou Georgiou M.Savva, 26, SHOP 1-2, Geroskipou, 8201, Paphos, Cyprus. Sending your notice before the deadline is sufficient.

You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. An order number or other identifying information helps us process your notice. Statutory withdrawal does not require our approval or a customer-account login.

Returning the goods

Send the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after giving notice of withdrawal to:

Dispatch before the deadline is sufficient. Where possible, include the order number and pack the goods securely. Original packaging is not a condition of withdrawal.

You bear the direct return costs only if you were properly informed before entering the contract and we have not agreed to cover them. We do not issue return shipping labels automatically. If we provide a label for your case, we will confirm this separately. Your statutory rights concerning faulty goods remain unaffected.

Reimbursement following statutory withdrawal

For a full withdrawal, we reimburse all payments received, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery. Additional charges for a more expensive delivery option you selected are not reimbursed. Any reimbursement legally due for a partial withdrawal remains unaffected.

We reimburse you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, using your original payment method. A different method requires your express agreement and must not cause you additional charges. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them, whichever happens first, unless we have offered to collect them.

Condition and statutory exceptions

You may examine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Liability for diminished value applies only to handling beyond what is necessary for that examination and where you were properly informed of the right of withdrawal. Discounted items are not excluded simply because they were discounted.

Statutory exceptions apply only where their actual conditions are met, for example goods clearly personalised to individual requirements. Any more favourable rights already bindingly promised remain available.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact support@nebulite.berlin if goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect. Your statutory rights concerning non-conforming goods are independent of the 14-day right of withdrawal. For a valid statutory repair or replacement claim, we bear the necessary costs required by law, including transport, labour and materials.

Voluntary returns where no statutory return right applies

Where no statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory return right applies, our existing voluntary 14-day return offer remains available. Request your return within 14 days after receiving the item by contacting support@nebulite.berlin and arrange it with us before sending the item back.

For this voluntary offer only, the item must be unworn or unused, in the condition received, with its original tags and original packaging. Sale items and gift cards are excluded only from this voluntary offer. You bear the direct return shipping costs.

After receipt and inspection, we will tell you whether the return is approved. For an approved voluntary return, we refund the item price paid to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. This voluntary offer does not include reimbursement of the original outbound delivery charge.

These additional conditions do not apply to statutory withdrawal or faulty-goods rights. The statutory time limits, costs and reimbursement rights described above remain fully applicable.
