The light on the outside catches your eye first. But a fanny pack also needs to be useful when you are looking for your keys in the dark. Here is a closer look inside the NEBULITE Fanny Pack 4.

Light inside the compartments

The main compartment and rear pocket have interior lighting. You can see your belongings without switching on your phone's torch. The white lining helps you see what is inside, too.

A place for smaller things

Alongside the main compartment, there are internal compartments, a rear pocket and hidden pockets in the lid. Keys and earplugs can have a place of their own instead of sitting loose among larger items. The photo of the open Wavy pack shows the lining and internal zipped pocket.

Four LEDs. Beautiful colour gradients.

Each of the four LEDs can show a different colour at the same time. The fibre-optic fabric blends them into colourful gradients across the pack. Choose a gentle colour fade or an animated effect to match your outfit.

Comfort where the pack touches you

The back is made from high-density cotton, so it feels pleasant against your skin. YKK zippers finish the compartments you use every day.

The remote is included

Use the supplied remote to set colours, animations, brightness and speed. Choose a steady colour for a quieter look or an animation for movement. You can also control the pack with the app.

A battery you can replace yourself

Battery cells age. With NEBULITE, the controller and battery are separate: when your power bank loses capacity, replace just the power bank and keep your bag and controller.

You can choose a suitable standard 5 V USB power bank from the brand of your choice, with the capacity and size you want. You may already have one for your phone. You are not dependent on NEBULITE stocking a special controller-and-battery unit years from now.

With a model-specific controller/battery combination, an ageing battery can mean replacing the whole module and finding a compatible replacement that is still available. A standard USB power bank lets you compare ordinary retail prices and keep the controller you already have. Check that it fits the pocket and supports continuous power at the bag’s low USB load.

A 5 V USB power bank is required and sold separately.

What to check when comparing packs

Other light-up fanny packs offer an app and music modes, too. Look at their interior lighting, pockets, remote and included accessories as well. A lower price alone says little if one pack includes a battery and another does not.
